The Mission of The Bork Foundation
To promote the life, legacy and the application of the judicial philosophy of Robert H. Bork – lawyer, Yale Law School professor, Solicitor General, federal appellate court judge, Supreme Court nominee, author, and public intellectual.
The Bork Foundation is also devoted to advocacy in support of the judicial philosophy of originalism, as well as the understanding of antitrust law Judge Bork defined in his seminal book, The Antitrust Paradox, which has been adopted by the U.S. Supreme Court and codified over the past 40 years.
The Bork Foundation is dedicated to keeping Judge Bork’s major legal legacies relevant to the current state of jurisprudence.
